Class/Lab Hours – 8:00 am to 4:30 pm on June 14, 15, 16, 17, 21, 22, 23, and 24, 2021

BLS Class 6:45 am - 2:00 pm on June 25, 2021

Clinical Hours - 6:15 am - 2:30 pm on June 28, 29, and 30, 2021

Practice Lab Day - 7:30 am - 4:00 pm on July 1, 2021

Test Date - 7:30 am - Completion on July 2, 2021

Registration Fee $699.00

*ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS AND FEES AFTER ACCEPTANCE INTO PROGRAM:

" Criminal Background Check - $56.00

" Urine Drug Testing - $30.00

" Uniform - Scrubs (any solid color) 

 *American Heart Association CPR (will be completed in class) - $60.00

" TB testing (within the last year, two step if never done or not within last year)

" Text Book (provided in class)

" Proof of Immunization (MMR, Tetanus/Diptheria, Hepatitis B series)

" Name Badge - $5.00

Note:

This course is designed to prepare students to sit for the CNA licensing exam which will be given at the end of the course. Testing fee is $97 (in addition to Registration & Fee costs).

Cancellations, Transfers, and Refunds

In the event that a non-credit course at City College does not meet the minimum number of participants, it will be canceled and participants will be called at least 5 (five) days prior to the start of the course. In the event a course is canceled, a full refund will be given or the fee can be transferred to pay for a different course.

If you must cancel your registration, you will receive a full refund if it is canceled 5 (five) business days prior to the start date of the program or course. After this date there will be no refunds.
